It depends on the kind of girl your talking ot, your going to have to ask them. But I would think that it means " could you ever see us dating ". I don't think it's a long term thing like marriage, but a relationship. I could see how you feel pressured, just ask them what they mean by it. Most of the times it's because they're interested in you.
