What Violin Books are recommended for Teacher-less learners?

Do you have any suggestions that may help me study and play the violin correctly even though I don't have a teacher? I have been using the Suzuki Method, and have progressed up to Volume 3, although I do not know if the techniques I have been using are correct or not. I also heard that there is a book for Suzuki Teacher which may help me in study the method, but I'm afraid I cannot access such a Teacher's Book. If you have any other violin methods that may help me, please let me know. Finding good teachers in our place has been very problematic, to find one I need to go out of town and travel one to hours. Please help me on this, I truly want to progress on the violin.
