Cat is vommiting bile???HELP?

This morning when i was getting up for school my 7 month old cat threw up bile....when i got back from school...still throwing up...not drinking, eating, or going to bathroom AT ALL! he just lies in one spot...when i force about 2 drops of water into him, he just throws it up about 30 seconds later....should i take him to the ER now...or do u think i should take him 2mrw morning....what can i give him for now to make him feel better?...if anything...and what could be causing this?! i feel so bad..the poor thing seems lifeless.
