Um i wanna play football?

i wanna be one of the first girls to play football wit dudes. and i wanna be a wide receiver or half back. i got the speed,agility, strength and the right coordination but i want to get a little more muscle tone (not a bodybuilder type) im jus sayin i wanna get more muscles without lookin like a dude lol, so what healthy foods i should eat per day and how much ??
