Will removing a his & her sink to install pantry effect resale value?

Here is the problem, whoever built this house forgot about storage. The master bath is the worst! They put a his and her sink in with very little storage under the sink due to how they ran the water lines and drain lines in the very middle of each sink. I would like to remove the sinks that are there now, install a normal vanity and beside it install a bathroom pantry or some may know it as a linen closet. There isn't a lot of room in there to begin with since there is a garden tub that sits at an angle in the corner (had 2 big mirrors that ran the length of the tub each way from the corner - I removed those.) Will modifying that effect the resale value of my home later on should we decide to sell?
