I wnt to emigrate to china when I am old enough, should I?

I have really become fed up with the rampant crime, graffiti, litter, and vandalism in Britain and I want to leave to Chnina, where I hear it is excellent. Please give me your advice, even if you are not a UK or Chinese resident! :-)
