Ok, I need to lose weight. I weigh 230 and am 5'5" tall. The problem is that I work 3pm to 11pm, alot, and go to college cles 4 times a week in the mornings so I have a really screwed up schedule. Some times I can't catch a breakfast and sometimes I'm hungry when I get off work. I drink diet soda, which I know isn't good, but it has to be better than regular. I heard geen tea is also supposed to help. So, I guess I need a diet plan. Can anyone help me? No rudeness please, I need to do this for health reasons.
