What political party or ideology would this most closely describe?

Most of these policy ideas are akin to the British Labour Party, the centre left party that is often called socialist. I'm sure there is no party in America that comes even close to those ideological beliefs. Better apply to come to live in the UK then and wish for a Labour government after the Tory led coalition loses the next election.
