Should i tell my dad what happened?

i was at work today i'm a janitor im 21 i just started working for the last couple of 2 or 3 weeks i really hate doing this job too and he knows it! i can't quit my dad won't let me he wants me to keep this job because they pay good my jobcouch told me to call him right after i'm done finishing up the restrooms then i run into him he said why didnt you call me where were you? i said i just finished cleaning then he asked me are you sure you did everything i said yes i was honest, he was like you need to call me i told him i forgot i have a problem with remembering things then he told me to go home he said i'm only getting paid $2.15 for this crap does my jobcouch sound like an ***? my co-worker thinks i shouldn't tell my dad because he doesn't want me to get into more trouble
