if you feel your brother keeps on doing this and it has happened in the past.. and you feel it could happen again and your parents arnt doing anything about it then talk to your next closes adult to you like maybe a grandparent or an aunt or uncle. but if not them then ask your teacher about after cl some time and he or she can help you. a teacher will definitely do something about it.
