My partner went for semen ysis and when we got the results?

it wasnt good news. the doctor was really unsensitive about it and rude so we didnt get many answers. She said he had muggyness in his semen and lots of antibodies. Also low mobility. We've been trying for over 2 weeks and i'm actually 3 days late now but not gettin hopes up. She has asked him to do another sample and go from there but from what she has said does that mean we'll struggle to conceive because of him?
