Is it time for me to get members in runescape?

ok i don't have very much money, so i don't take it lightly. here are my scores: combat:56, total level:609, attack:40, strength 56, defense:44, range:9, prayer:23, mage:45, rune-crafting:30, hitpoints 48, crafting:20, mining:46, smiting:38, fishing:62, cooking:59, fire making:32(but i have 1368 oak, 3 regular, and 4 willow to burn)and finally, woodcutting: 48. again i don't like wasting money, so tell me what you would do if you had limited cash. thanks!
