How to help a friend with dangerously low self esteem?

The only way I know is for her to turn to Jesus, and find her worth in Him. He values her more than anyone can, and loves her enough to have died for her; and then rose again so she could have a personal relationship with Him. Romans 10:8-10 is how anyone can be born again.
