Can i get my bachelors degree at a vocational school in less than 4 years?

I wanted to go to everest and get my degree in Nursing. i plan on becoming a Registered Nurse...and i heard everest will allow me to graduate much sooner but will that degree be the euivalent to that of a nursing degree of a 4 year school?
