Stomach and leg exercises?

squats and lunges are really good for the overall leg. planks are amazing for the sides and stomach. crunches help the lower and upper abdomen, and sit-ups help the overall abdomen. if you want to do more at the gym, to sit-ups and crunches on a work-out ball: that will build your stomach muscles twice as fast. if you go to the gym, the trainers there can show you proper form (if you don't already know how) and they'll help you get started :-) good luck :-)
